- Always be considerate of the readers and other users of the information you post, and act with integrity.

- Use social media with awareness of internet risks, including that once information is posted, it can spread instantly, cannot be completely deleted, and remains semi-permanently.

These guidelines apply not only to official accounts but also to personal social media use.

- Comply with laws, regulations, social norms, work rules, and other internal rules.

- Do not infringe on third-party rights, such as copyright, portrait rights, or privacy.

- Do not post information detrimental to our customers, affiliates, or our company.

- Do not quote or mention customers, affiliates, etc., without their consent.

- Do not disclose personal or confidential information related to the company without permission.

- Do not use company logos, service marks, or trademarks without permission.

- When posting information about company name, product names, or service names, use the most formal name possible.

- Do not post illegal content, content violating public order and morals, or anti-social content.

- Do not engage in activities causing inconvenience to third parties, such as linking to illegal or malicious sites, sending malware, or posting spam messages.

- Respect race, religion, ideology, creed, etc., and do not transmit information that promotes discrimination, slander, or defamation.

- Strive to post accurate information, promptly correct any errors.

- Listen attentively and respond honestly and calmly.

- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent identity.

- Do not anonymously transmit information learned in the course of work.
