⚫︎ Basic Philosophy

Michiaki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "the Company") recognizes that the information assets, including customer information, handled in the course of its business are extremely important and form the foundation of its management.
All officers and employees who handle information assets recognize the importance of protecting information assets from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, and will comply with this basic policy and engage in activities to maintain information security.

⚫︎ Basic Policy

1. To protect information assets, we will formulate an information security policy and related regulations, conduct our business in accordance with these policies, and comply with laws, regulations, and other standards related to information security, as well as contractual terms with our customers.
2. We will clarify standards for analyzing and evaluating the risks of information assets, such as leakage, damage, and loss, establish a systematic risk assessment method, and conduct regular risk assessments. Based on the results of these assessments, we will implement necessary and appropriate security measures.
3. We will establish an information security system and clarify authority and responsibilities regarding information security. We will also regularly educate, train, and raise awareness among all employees to ensure they recognize the importance of information security and properly handle information assets.
4. We will regularly inspect and audit compliance with the information security policy and the handling of information assets, and promptly take corrective action for any deficiencies or areas for improvement discovered.
5. We will take appropriate measures in the event of information security events or incidents, and in the unlikely event that such events or incidents occur, we will establish response procedures to minimize damage in advance, respond promptly in the event of an emergency, and take appropriate corrective measures. Furthermore, we will ensure our business continuity by establishing a management framework for incidents that may result in business interruptions and reviewing it regularly.
6. We will establish an information security management system that sets goals for realizing our basic philosophy, and will implement it while also continually reviewing and improving it.
