Ryuhyo-don Lunch & Shopping at Marukaichi Suisan

The "Ryuhyo-don" (Ryuhyo-don) is a luxurious dish filled with the bounty of Okhotsk, featuring plenty of snow crab, salmon roe, and scallops. The seafood lunch, paired with crab soup, is exceptional. After your meal, be sure to pick up some fresh seafood as a souvenir from the attached farm shop.

Okhotsk Tower Marine Exchange Center

Tokkari means "seal" in the Ainu language. This is the only facility in Japan that exclusively raises seals, allowing you to observe their adorable creatures up close. Also, during the winter drift ice season, you can peek into the world beneath the drift ice from the underwater observatory at Okhotsk Tower, located in the waters off Monbetsu.

Board the New Icebreaker Ship, Garinko-go III and IMERU

The new ship, "Garinko-go III IMERU," debuted on January 9, 2021. Embark on a comfortable drift ice cruise aboard a sightseeing boat with a capacity of 235 people, specially designed for drift ice sightseeing.

Sounkyo Onsen Ice Waterfall Festival

The ice sculptures for the Sounkyo Onsen Ice Waterfall Festival are slowly and steadily created, starting in November. Spanning an area of 10,000㎡, it features ice observation decks, ice tunnels, and ice domes, illuminated by rainbow-colored lights. Enjoy this year's exclusive, beautiful ice art.
